BEST ROUTINE AND BALANCED DIET

       

EARLY MORNING - Walk, yoga, exercise (empty stomach) after that lemon juice (without salt and sugar), half tea spoonful honey, 1 garlic.

       

BREAKFAST - Fresh seasonal fruits without peeling , sprouts (1 week black grams next week mung ki dal germinated), milk and egg.

       

LUNCH (ALWAYS FIX TIME) - Food plus fresh heavy salad (raw tomato, raddish and its leaves, carrot, salad patta, cucumberetc) and ginger, amla, green chilli.

       

DINNER (ALWAYS FIX TIME) - Food plus heavy salad,ginger,amla,green chilli followed by 15 minutes walk. Eat 25 percent less at dinner. dnt over eat at night and avoid water with food.

       

SLEEP - There should be 1 hour gap in between dinner and sleep. No tea or anything heavy after dinner.

       

EXTRAS - Water minimum 2 litres daily (either winter or summer season), green tea is good for everyone, green chilli is good for sinusitis and allergies, straberry fruit is good for hear and lipids, garlic is good for blood pressure and hyperlipidemia, honey and lemon is general antioxident, fruits role for multivitamins, calcium, fibres and minerals, salad for minerals, iron and vitamins, sprouts for proteins and iron.

       

AVOID - Chocklates, candies, fats, fried, out side food (once a month allowed), sweets, salt (less quantity allowed), sugar (less quantity allowed), tea (2 times allowed but not empty stomach), coffee, cold drinks, spicy.
